"Rīgas satiksme" opens reconstructed customer service centre at Brīvības Street 191
As of today, August 10, one of the most popular customer service centres of "Rīgas satiksme" is reopened at Brīvības Street 191 in Riga.
The customer service was opened at Brīvības Street 191 back in 2009 to replace a ticket outlet, and there has been no reconstruction for several decades. Now, after the reconstruction, both individual clients and legal persons are served in one place, where they are offered a full range of services: receiving all types of e-tickets, opening and reloading e-wallets, receiving the status entitling to fare reductions as well as solving various issues related to e-tickets. As for legal persons, they can buy monthly tickets for their employees, paying by bank transfer, receive pro forma invoices and consultations on the types of tickets and the usage of e-tickets.
In the customer service centre, there will be five places for operators serving individuals clients, of which only three will be working, and two places for operators serving legal persons. The reconstructed customer service centre is open from 8.00 till 19.00 every working day and from 10.00 till 16.00 on Saturdays. The legal persons are served from 8.00 till 17.00 on Mondays-Thursdays, and from 8.00 till 14.00 on Fridays.
"Rīgas satiksme" has seven customer service centres: at Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. These are open every working day from 9.00 till 19.00 (at Brīvības Street 49/53 and Brīvības Street 191 from 8.00 till 19.00), on Saturdays from 10.00 till 16:00 (at Brīvības Street 49/53 from 10.00 till 15.00), on Sundays all centres are closed except the one at Spīķeru Street 1, which is open from 10.00 till 16.00 on Sundays.
